About the Author

Dayton Ward has been a long time fan of Star Trek. His start in professional writing came as a result of placing stories in each of the first three Strange New Worlds anthologies. He served 11 years in the U.S. Marine corps and works as a software engineer. He is a Florida native and currently lives with his wife, Michi in Kansas City.
